Sydney Pollack directed and produced over 40 movies and almost all of them are listed amongst my favorites. Who can forget Sydney Pollack's awesome direction and acting in Tootsie in the year 1982.

Well, I thought to put up a cherry cheesecake recipe today instead, which is an excellent birthday gift. And hey guys today is also Cherry Cheesecake Day. The recipe is simple enough to make , even for beginners and I am sure the person whom you gift it to will be overjoyed.
Cherry Cheesecake Recipe:
Ingredient

graham cracker crumbs (1 cup)
margarine (3 tablespoons)
cream cheese(24ounces)
sugar(1 cup)
eggs( 3 large)
vanilla extract(1 teaspoon)
cherry pie filling (21 ounces)

Directions

Combine crumbs and margarine are to be combined and pressed onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Bake the mixture at 325 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Cream ,cheese and sugar,to be combined and then mixed at medium speed
on electric mixer until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time and mix well after each addition.
Vannila to be blended in; pour over crust.
Bake at 450 degrees F, for 10 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees F, and then continue baking for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
Loosen cake from pan rim; cool before removing rim of pan.
Chill.
Pie filling to be topped just before serving. Enjoy
